Before entering real estate, Elissa spent 11 years in customer service leadership, where she coached and developed teams of 15–20 employees while helping people navigate challenging situations and achieve meaningful results. That experience continues to shape the way she serves her real estate clients today: with strong communication, emotional intelligence, organization, and a genuine ability to make people feel valued.
Elissa holds her Tennessee Real Estate License and professional designations including ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor). She is also continuing her education in luxury real estate.
